"Bazhe" - Georgian nut sauce, the taste of which cannot be forgotten and confused with something else. Even with fried chicken fillet, one of the most common dishes in Georgia, and today we would like to present you a recipe for such a delicacy.
Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet 1 kg.
- Walnuts 200 g.
- Onion 1 head (medium size)
- Seasoning for satsivi and eggplant with nuts (from Gamarjoba Genatsvale) 1 tsp.
- Seasoning for chicken kebab (from Gamarjoba Genatsvale) 1 tsp.
- Svan salt (from Gamarjoba Genatsvale) 2 tsp.
- Sunflower oil 4 tbsp. l.
- Boiled water (optional)
Preparation:
1. Beat the nuts in a blender, add 1 tsp. Svan salt, 1 tsp seasoning for dishes with nuts and continue to mix the mass in a blender.
2. In a frying pan, fry the onions until golden brown and then transfer them to a blender to the existing mass of nuts. Beat all the ingredients again.
3. After that, add boiled water (warm) to the blender until a medium-thick mass is obtained.
4. Thoroughly rinse the chicken fillet, cut into medium pieces, pour 4 tbsp into the pan. l. oil and
after heating, add 1 tsp there. seasonings for barbecue with chicken and 1 tsp. Svan salt. We spread the already cut fillets in a frying pan and mix everything well until the fillet absorbs the spices. Fry until tender.
5. Pour the hazelnut sauce into a saucepan and add the fried chicken fillets there. We expect about 30 minutes.
